Collective bargaining itself represents the bargaining and the negotiation process that takes place between the employee and employee relation. This process ensures that both the parties are agreeing to the mutual way in which the situation of the conflict could be handled and resolved. Negotiations play a very important role in collective bargaining as the situation would agree and must meet the requirements of both the parties involved in the collective bargaining. In the process of negotiation in collective bargaining, the involved parties have to set a goal or the target and even gather all the essential facts related to the situation or the conflicts. They have to then based on mutual consent develop a strategy whereby the issue or the problem could be resolved and attended to. Negotiations help in satisfying both the parties that are involved in the process of collective bargaining.
